if you use rare candy,your pokemon will have bad stats!!a ev training is necessary,only with the action replay you can have super perfect pokemon,but don't cheating them,simply fighting the right pokemon for verey stat!for example mewtwo must challenge only a mewtwo,for sp.atk,eccecc.....my pokemon aren't hacked,but my dragonite has 439 atk,and my uber pokemon....well,mewtwo 512 spatk,kyogre 445spatk,arceus 359atk and 370spatk...this is a training,and those were only example
