What else is done to it? 220hp is insane out of a 20/22R. LC Engineering's top 20/22R full stage 5 makes about 220-240hp. This video is with a Stage 3 motor, and it dyno'd 155whp.

With LOTS of money, and it would not be street-able at all. Or it could be done without being too crazy in turbo form.
