I never used to like this song. Thought it was too quiet for Sonic. Took me a while to realise it was meant to convey the serenity and feeling of freedom you sometimes get from running.

If they ever decided to re-re-re-release Sonic CD, they should have it so you can change the music as you please between the JP and NA versions. Say you like JP Quartz Quadrant present, but you like the NA Bad Future, or something like that. They should let you customize. It would be a nice gesture to the JP-music fans, the NA-fans, and the fans that enjoy certain elements of both soundtracks.

i can't believe crush 40 did a version of this. I mean overall its flat out horrible, this song sounds horrible with Crush 40's style. they are good at making original sonic songs but they just can't remix their own versions of exisiting ones (they messed up so many times so far, i mean Un-Gravitify, Free, With Me, and Now Sonic Boom) the worst part is their fansoverate it as being superior to the original. i mean honestly.... the original is just simply better.

Anyway, Sonic Generation looks pretty well for both playthroughs of Classic Sonic and Modern Sonic, if you haven't looked at the extended playthrough, look it up it's already been uploaded.
