you refer to your blog but i can't find a link to it. can you please post your blog so i can find it. thanks. love your stuff and would like to see what you are doing now.
Imhfin, you don't need to use mulberry paper. You can use regular cardstock, spritz it with water, wad it up into a ball, and then open up, and proceed in the same way. The flowers at Wild Orchid Craftrs are fabulous!
@tuffytuffers Yes, I'm sure you could. I haven't tried any others, but no doubt I will, it's always fun to see how they turn out. Have fun playing, Hugs, Rach
I can hardly wait to try this! Have you tried the Stains from Lyndy's Stamp Gang to color the paper? I know you have lots of colors in your collection.
gorgus flowers any chance you could put up the ebay seller were you got your paper from please would really love to have a go at these love flower tutorials and even better from someone in the UK as means 9 out of 10 i will be able to get the goodies i need to play jayne xxxx
@dizzyrus1001 Hi, the ebay sellers name is sweetpeapolly, though I checked yesterday and she didn't have any of the 12mm flowers in white - I bought a pack of 50 for about £2-3 a few weeks back, and was looking for more. She does have them in larger sizes, and I have used these successfully too.
@RachO113 thanx so much and speedy reply been enjoyng your vids tried to find carol_anns on ebay for the metal flowers but cant find her do you know if she is still in bussiness should go bed really but what the heck its the summer hols lol xxxx
@dizzyrus1001 I just checked - she's still in business, but doesn't have the flowers. There are other sellers though, I saw quite a few when I was looking for them.
@RachO113 Hi Gals, Wild Orchid Crafts sells the 10 mm as well as the 15 mm roses for about £1.55 for 50. They are in the UK, I ordered from them last week - very good selection, prices, and service. I'm definitely going to have a go using your tutorial Rachel. Thanks again! xx
I love this tutorial did you make the small center of the flower or buy them pre-made those are hard to find too. The baby prima styles. TFS another great idea.
@mybutterflykisses12 I got it from ebay - uk obviously. I'm sure if you looked in the handmade paper section of LSS you could find something similar. I've seen it in scrapbook stores before.
beautiful! I Love it. Also funny cause I was just looking at some Prima flowers (I believe it was Prima) that looked like this and was going to tackle making some! Thanks!!!
The little tiny rosettes in the middle, did you make those too? If so, do you have a video for that?
@Queenbeelush , the tiny rosettes she purchased. Wild Orchid Crafts has them, but Prima sells them too, in A.C. Moore, and under Michael's store brand of Recollections.
I love your tutorials Rach!!! Thanks for all the inspiration!
