  • just when i thought i was out thay pull me back in 🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫

  • badabing

  • And then after all that bloodshed, brutality, lies and crime, Tony staggers back home through the snow to Van Morrison's Glad Tidings and you actual feel like you've survived the season with him. Genius.

  • @CaliforniaJoker1 OK.........H.S.

  • good video mate

  • Excellent editing work. Good choice of music. You made use of the most relevant quotes of the season. Very good stuff...

  • Great video. If you remember though, for a pretty short time after this things were great. I think when John got locked up and eventually died it was the start of the end. After that Phil became a bigger asshole/problem.

  • 3:26 for a 46 year old 300 pounder, Tony sure hauled ass lol

  • badass

    MAUHAHA

    nice job man

    >:D

  • Whacking Joey Peeps is one thing but whacking a captain's brother

  • Overrated and way too exploited theme!!!

  • @DerAnstifter not overrated, but definetly over exploited

  • I like it.

One of the things I always thought about was Tony B, whacking Billy Leotardo, and just knicking Phil. Do you think he did that on purpose.

For a guy who had such a high IQ, leaving Phil alive, he had to know, he was going to wreck havoc on Tony S.

Take away that mansion of his and everything with it.

    After all, he lost everything.

Or, in the classical tragic sense, despite his high IQ, he continues to act like an idiot, killing Billy L. and leaving Phil L. alive.

  • Very effective editing and music. I like it. Cool vid.

  • cool video

  • Lovely video, however you should have continued all the way up to the end of season6: Phil killing Vito the fag, Sil and Carlo killing Fat Dom when breaking balls over it went to far, Jersey shooting the wrong Phil Leotardo and the Goomah, New York taking out Baccala and Sil, Phil getting whacked, ...

  • Tony B. was tragic because he came out of prison wanting to go straight. The 'life' was just too tempting for him.

  • Johnny Scrimoni thinks he is tuff threatening Tony like that

  • Tony B should've killed Phil Leotardo. would've saved a whole lot of trouble

  • Great vid. I dig the score.

  • Tony should've gave Tony B to Phil, fuck him, after all the heat he brought on them he didn't deserve any favoritism.

  • what the fuck is this shit, some samples with a shitty song in the back, delete that trash

  • Cliche Music

  • Oh Honey, your shoes and socks are all wet! -Carmella

  • When Carmine Jr. is arguing with Johnny Sac about "Opus Day".....what does that mean? I never understood what they were talking about.

  • @mmeasy123 I have no idea what scene you are referring to, but I am sure what you're looking for is the Opus Dei. Look it up and I'm sure the scene will make more sense.

  • @jaradthescot I tried looking it up and I don't understand the relevance to the scene. It is when Carmine Sr. died and Johnny Sac and Little Carmine are arguing at the wake. Little Carmine is pissed off because there is some sort of reference to Opus Dei at/in the casket of his father. I'm not sure what it means but it certainl pushed the divide between the Sac and Little Carmine fractions.

  • when are they going to make the movie.?

  • This was well done, but how about being a little more creative on the music choice. This is a good song and it goes pretty well with the rest, but it's so damn over used.

  • Intelligent insight, how true.!

  • wow well put together!!!

  • this is one stupid video....

you think putting that generic dramatic music in makes a vid good?? lol

  • sick video bro, it actually all started to crumble when ralph was whacked.

  • excellent editting and music! well done.

  • 2:45....i remember watching that as an episode preview, and getting super excited when johnny sac said those words, hoping we would see an all out war.

  • 5 STARS!!

  • great vid man. love the way u put this shit together

    salute

  • I loved tony but now i think he was really a cock sucker. He kills his cousin in an attempt to preserve his relationship with johny sack and avoid a war with NY instead of standing up for his cousin who stood up for him by doing 15 years in the can all because Tony was too scared to show up and meet up with his cousin somewhere as they had planned. And in the end, they still go to war with NY. Lame.

  • Yes he did kill his cousin Tony Blundetto, but it was for his cousin's own good. If Phil Leotardo had found Tony Blundetto, Tony B. would have been tortured and dies a slow, painful death. Tony S. was making sure that it was a quick death, and that's why he did it himself with a shotgun.

  • he knew new york was gonna whack christopher and all the rest dumbass

  • I did point out that they ended up going to war with NY anyway. My point was the war was bound to happen regardless Genius.

  • ok and since wen can Tony see into the future? he whacked his cousin to try and avoid the war genius

  • That's what i said in my first comment dumbass. I said he killed him to avoid a war and in the end they went to war anyway because Phil was still not satisfied with the way it was done. So, Tony really killed him for nothing. Is that not what happened in the end? My thing was that tony shouldn't have done it. He should have given his cousin a pass, if for nothing else, to compensate for his cousin doing 15 years alone when it shoulda been he and tony doing that time together.

  • Tony couldnt give his cousin a pass dumbass it was he either did it quick or phil and them torture him he actually saved him from a worse death

  • A worse death. WOW. Take it easy will ya? it was a Television Show.

  • take it easy ? who said anything about getting excited ?

  • I don't know, who did?

  • you said take it easy, and i just wanna say fuggedaboudit. we both like the show and miss it

    salute

  • Ok lets just fuggedaboudit then.

  • @kanguesso Not to mention the fact that John will end up in jail ANYWAY

    amazingly ironic

  • yesss, thats where you and i agree, phil is a prick and should have been whacked a long time ago, he should have given him money to go to italy or wherever, or tony b should have killed phil as well when he killed billy.

  • true.

  • This is good. I like it. Summarizes season 5 pretty well, tells how the whole Tony-Phil beef got started, and had good music to boot. I give it a 5.

  • its so cool how tony and johnny are sort of friends, but when things take a turn johnny is this close to having tony and his guys whacked

  • I usually hate when people put there own music into videos but this was pretty good man, although I don't know why you silenced some of the talking but I give it two thumbs up!

  • this is very good, for once some dumbfuck doesn't put rap into some soprano videos...

  • In fact, pepole like that in the movie don't usually listen to that shit

  • In my opinion the socalled downfall of the Sopranos family wasn't a downfall. It ended in war, but they settled it eventually and got that prick Phil killed.

  • thanks

  • It's too bad Tony B. didn't kill Phil along with his brother. He was screwed anyway so killing Phil wouldn't have made matters any worse. Plus, the rest of the Sopranos crew would have obviously been much better off with Phil gone.

  • Tony B. was taken by greed. What ensued later was the result of that action alone. I HATE Phil, Butch, and the rest of his crew but he was right in what happened. the problem is that Phil took it too far. John had no control over him and should've been able to stop the madness before it created the war.

  • Good points.

  • I agree. I liked Tony Blundetto, he was a cool guy.

I wish Phil was killed not Billy.

  • johnny sac woulda went to war tho

  • You're probably right.

  • I don't really see how blundetto's hit led to the downfall of the soprano's family. I get that it caused tensions to rise in both families, new york and new jersey. Are you saying that his act led somehow to Johnny Sac getting incarcerated? And that down the road Phil Leotardo decided to put the hit on Bobby, Silvio, and Tony in retribution for Blundetto's killing of Billy Leotardo?

  • the power struggle in the new york crime family was the downfall

  • Only one thing to say: I miss the hell out of the Sopranos.

  • akiresusas ~~ Adrianna's death was a big moment, but it didn't have anything to do with the downfall of the Soprano family.

Like most said, one single action done by Blundetto caused a chain reaction that seemed unavoidable.

  • OMG why didnt u include Adrianna's death ???

  • cant believe that blundetto almost brought the soprano crew down with him single-handely just because of him whacking billy leotardo

  • I know. That one event led to the downfall of the Sopranos family. That's why I titled it "The Beginning of the End."

  • Type in Sopranos - Marco Polo and/or Vic Martino on The Sopranos at the search for a scene from a fifth season episode..

  • wait..how many pple did blundetto kill..i thought he only wacked joe peeps.

  • Blundetto whacked Joe Peeps as retaliation for Lorraine Calluzo. Phil Leotardo whacked Angelo Garepe (the guy who enlisted Blundetto's help with Peeps). Upset about the Garepe murder, Blundetto clipped Billy Leotardo as retaliation.

  • He killed three. He killed Joey Peeps and the prostitute Peeps was with at the time as collateral damage. He later killed Billy Leotardo,

  • How did Tony Blundetto know where to find Leotardo ? THe lonesome gunman theory like Johnny sac said or some other guys were involved ? Rusty didn't ask to kill Leotardo's brother.

  • nice work ! Hey , did you use windows movie maker ? Because I don't know how you changed the audio balance like that : sometimes we hear the song louder , some other times it's different. Me I only know how to keep it constant along the vid. exemple , 70%song-30%audio and it stays that way.

  • So dramatic. How one event leads to another.

  • who lived? ?who dies?

  • ...aw man..steve buscemi died...when i saw it, i was like.... was totally shocked..oh god...

  • Great recap! The Sopranos is the best tv-series ever made.

  • agreed %1,000

  • BLUNDETTO!!!!. BLUNDETTO!!!!!!

  • Why did Johnny hate Carmine Jr so much in the first place?

  • they were fighting for power, litlecarmine was the silliest!

  • excellent video man i favortied it!

  • Great clips. What's the name of the song?

  • Glad you liked it! It's "Lux Aeterna" from Requiem for a Dream soundtrack.

  • Thanks.

  • what's the song at the end

  • The song that's playing throughout? It's "Lux Aeterna" by Clint Mansell and the Kronos Quartet. Originally from "Requiem for a Dream," but used in many, many trailers. Among others in one for LOTR, that was different, fully orchestrated version though.

  • This was good edited.

  • my favourite soprano's montage

    great work!! :)

  • haha he shot her in the tit.

  • and my brother met steve buscemi !! wooohooo

  • these are ALL scenes from the 5th season.. fuckin momo

  • You forgot the part where Little Carmine gives up.

  • This is going in my favorites.

    A+ material.
