It took me 3 hours and 20 minutes to draw this, but I completed it over two days. There was no real reason for the direction, I drew it, but it is more interesting getting the image from the center outward than from top to bottom.

I drew some inspiration from the artist Chuck Close. He is known for completing paintings through a series of smaller squares.
