I think that the South District needed to be refurbished it looks so much nicer. From the town houses in Admirals Place to the villas in Gardiners Road it so much nicer. I think that the only recent expensive development was Rock Gardens and Gardiners House in Gardiners Road as well as Admirals Place further south. The others have been affordable such as Cumberland, Anchorage, Nelsons View/Terrace. That just my opinion, but I can understand residents feelings there, they are far too tall! :)
