  • this is EXCELLENT! Coming from 4 years of Alexander Technique lessons, I've been frustrated by "unsubtle" rehab approaches to the chronic pain hip/glute I experience while running. THIS is the sort of attentive, mindful approach I've been looking for. Thank you!!!
