Stay away from canola oil. "By nature, these rapeseed oils (canola), which have long been used to produce oils for industrial purposes, are... toxic to humans and other animals" Also most canola like soy and corn is genetically modified. So DON'T eat it... read every food label.. Many varieties of nuts or mixed nuts are cooked in canola eliminating all their health benefits. The government and industry know canola is toxic that's why it's cheap and plentiful... sick people are BIG business
FYI, if you DO cook fish or something equally strong smelling/flavoring, just fry potato's in the oil, for some reason that removes the strong smell/flavor and the oil can then be used again.
@W1LDWESLEY i was taught that trick by a southern lady who knew her stuff. :D mind you she also changed the oil when she knew it was time. my BBF's hubby used to get sick all the time before they were married turned out he had been using the same frying oil for several months. EEWWWW. she has since taught him better. :D cheers!

The voice over of Revelation 6:1 is creepy. People should NOT be allowed to read Revelations more than once with reading the whole bible. Each time they read Revelations they should go back and reading the whole bible again. People focus on one spectacular chapter and take it out of context. Some dark souls love that apocalyptic chapter TOO much.
dude my moms been saving and reusing her bacon greases since i was a little kid likewise her grandma did the same thing so long as you keep it covered its not gonna go bad or wtf give you cancer pluss if you season it right it will add great flavor to your food
Evilchunk1: yes same thing here. My mom reuses bacon great for a lot of southern cooking and my dad uses it to cook popcorn lol. Also, I've read a lot of old outdoor trail - cooking books and they would call for left over bacon grease from the day before or the morning breakfast. Lol. i still visit my mother and every now and then she asks me If i want any bacon grease lol

It can get gross though, but viruses can "live" in oil.
