  • how much tym does it take to acquire this type of expertise on after effects.

    plz anyone tell me

  • @sourabharsh no time at all. in fact, the cross-fading here was all done inside iMovie. If I remember it right I only used AE to overlay 2 movies with some blend effect. Should be a really quick trick. If you want to learn AE, there's plenty of tutorials online, I used to think videocopilot (dot net) was a great one. Have a look. Hope it helps!

  • Hello my good sir. I love it especially some of the colors!

  • @XxTechnology thank you! I'm glad you like it.

  • I love your work! :D You don't happen to have a deviantART account at all, do yah?

  • Nice, even it looks pretty basic here.. I like it btw :)

  • Bom video, parabens!

  • Great work !!! : )

  • @lazzuri Im not actually talking about your answer lol, your right, no need for the anger though. Vectors are a type of graphic, based on mathematical equation, like the Bézier curve which helps identify points in space and other... ...stuff lmao. I like using vectors they tend to be cleaner. :) On other hand Vector style graphics isnt anything to do with process of the image but uses more geometric shapes within the design... ..Happy days. :D

  • nice man :)

  • NICE :) LET US KNOW IF YOU'D LIKE TO USE ANY OF OUR TRACKS FOR FUTURE VIDEOS :)

    MAJORTRIADZ

  • a bit too "random" for me... just fade in and out effects... better than what I can produce, but nothing made me go wow =[

  • If i scan a drawing to illustrator, then vectorize it , but color the drawing later in photoshop, does it still remain a vector drawing?

  • @aurawish it depends on how you see it. the vector drawing term usually refers to the style of it. meaning, simple two-dimensional shapes, solid colors, noticeable strokes, etc. There's a wide range of what can be considered a vector drawing. purists would say it's only if you create everything on illustrator. But then again, Photoshop also has vector capabilities....in the end, how you name it is the least important thing for you to worry about.

  • @lazzuri If I only Vectorize the drawings, but color them in Photoshop( because Photoshop is more easy for me to use) and later save the file as a Bmp- for later use in After Effects. Would you consider it as an amatuar work ?

  • @lazzuri Wow, you're retarded. A vector is a graphic that can be upscaled infinitely without losing quality.

  • @Lawl35 this is one of the things you can say about vector graphics. the name is also often used to define a certain style. I think @aurawish question was more about the style. Thanks for words of wisdom though.

  • @lazzuri His question was not about style. He asked that if he vectorized an image using Illustrator, aka made it infinitely upscalable, would it stay that way once colored in Photoshop. Vectorizing an image converts it into certain shapes instead of pixels, which is why it can be upscaled, because the shapes can just be resized, as opposed to stretching pixels out. Something you just think 'looks' like a vector won't have the same functionality. Don't mislead this guy because of your ignorance.

  • @Lawl35 Thanks for stating the obvious. You seem to be a smart and educated individual.

  • @lazzuri To answer a question is one thing, but if your not sure about the answer just say. We all have to learn at some point. However taking a vector into photoshop to manipulate it usually converts it into a bitmap, but you can save the file and then take it back into Illustrator and convert it to a vector once again, with whatever you`ve done to it. No biggy, no hassle, you can take most things between programs. :) lifes to short to get mad about stuff, but try to give the right answer ;)

  • @Lawl35 *Her question:)

  • @lazzuri so fucking gay... you know nothing!

  • @RelentlessGuides portfolio.lazzuri.com

  • @lazzuri you think linking me to your shitty portfolio will save you dignity... well guess what? it won't... you know nothing!!!

  • @RelentlessGuides Not only you take the time to write homophobic/rude comments on youtube but you also pose as a girl on your channel in hopes that a cleavage shot will overshadow your horrific taste in music and aesthetics. You also look really good on your "I took a picture of myself in the mirror" profile pic on facebook. Your level of stupidity is really hard to comprehend. Good luck with your clothing line, gamer girl.

  • @lazzuri I fucking love this comment. More people like you need to exist.

  • @aurawish It is no longer technically 'vector' because Photoshop uses pixels, vector uses mathematical points to form lines and shapes. Although, with a high enough resolution image and a sharp line, you can fake a 'vector' style.

  • @peterlikesthis lazzuri and Lawl35 , Thank you for all your comments. Sorry if my question was unclear-English is not my native language. What I wanted to know about most, is what the standard that the proffetionals are using -are all drawings need to be vectorized if I want to use them later in software like after effects( animate them)? ....but I now understand that bmp file is just as good. Check "watchmen motion comics" here in youtube for example for what I meant,.

  • Is this song licence free?

  • @Deksfilms yes, I recorded that at home on garage band. feel free to use it

  • Garen.

  • they all look like t-shirt designs

  • very prettyful,

how did you make this video?

  • Does this style has a specific name?

  • beautiful. would you like to illustrate a book & make an animation ? I never left a comment on utube and I dont even know how to make contact, but maybe you can reach me??

  • 97 people don't favor randomness.

  • wow ,it's so cool.

  • @JwGacey1 Have you tried webster? or wikipedia?

Hey, you're half-Colombian living in the UK right?

Well, I'm Brazilian, living in the US. None of us qualify as English majors I guess.

We're both entitled to minor mistakes. I apologize if my take on the Language "bugs" you but I assure you there are larger issues out there that could benefit from your time and energy.

  • @lazzuri

this was a really unnecessary comment. I think comments should be related to the video posted....

  • @JwGacey1 I say randomness all the time.. who cares?

  • @JwGacey1

    hmmmm pretty unnecessary comment....

  • Comment removed

  • @JwGacey1 A lot of English 'words' started out not being words. Just because it has no points in scrabble doesn't mean it has no meaning.

  • @JwGacey1 really?

    deal with it...

  • Comment removed

  • @JwGacey1 LMAO... that is some funny shit. you must know mr brownstone very well then... so how do you manage to chase the magic dragon without any legs these days?

  • @JwGacey1 Randomness is most definitely a word. It's the noun form of random, I'm no English teacher either, but I can take an adjective and turn it into a noun. lazy = laziness, bright = brightness, etc. You can't tell me brightness isn't a word.

  • Comment removed

  • @JwGacey1 get over yourself and enjoy the video you fun leeching prat!

  • nothing is random

  • This is really cool and useful. We can use it as a background for intro titles etc.

  • Hey how did you Do these? were these sketched in pencil or something then brought into PS?

  • I like the editing style^^ what software did you use??

  • what software did you use to create this video? :D

  • Faster Faster !

  • Very, very cool. Thumbs up.

  • @WorldWormStudios yeah, strange isn't it? I'm surprised too...

  • @lazzuri It's nice to see that people are into watching videos like this.

  • @lazzuri First impression is the best impression ,your video's thumbnail is so beautiful that's the reason why most of them attempted to see it!

  • @WorldWormStudios 417,361!!!!

  • @WorldWormStudios

    its over ninethousand!!

  • Du e svensk vad?

  • is this a vector graphics? please answer me its my report tommorrow...

  • @welhim16 it's a combination of things. there are a lot of the pieces that are vector based. most of them have been sketched first or finalized in photoshop later.

  • THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!

  • hey, i could never do this

  • all brushes and Fx? TRASH!!!!!!

  • such a good video

  • Hi, i was wondering if it was okay to use snippets of this video is one of my music videos for a song that I recorded at home. just a few seconds form the begining.

  • can u tell me plz the software? thx a lot

  • Some of this stuff is really, really cool. I like your style, dude. Keep it up! Shame this video doesn't display half of them very well. :(

  • I really like the illustrations! The music isn't bad either.

  • need more work

  • nice "non-sense stuff" there. very tranquil.

  • I loved the music!!

  • that's really good for something done on iPhoto- At first glance i'd say it could be adobe Premiere or something.

  • hey listen

    I really love this

and I would like to use it in a video

    the video without audio anyways.

    I will completely credit you.

It's just what I'm looking for.

  • i think it's pretty cool :-D

  • Beautiful!

  • new viral

    lnk(dot)ms/80hHk

delete (dot) and and a .

  • I loved it. The pace of the video with music. The smooth transitional fades. A psychedelic effect... which is what I like about it most. Favorite. :-)

  • i like

  • i like it

  • Before posting your your passive-aggressive brain-farts, consider the following.

The video is also really old. Some of these pieces were made as far back as 2003.

It's been over-done. Very true...I'm tired of it myself as well.

These are just play-time sketches. it was meant to be just a relaxing exercise.

  • @lazzuri its just what you sait it will be, and what you intended to make.. I like it. Suiting, nice colors and blending.. I Gotta learn that Aftereffects, damn!

Hows that for a brain fart? :)))

  • @lazzuri Haha...@brain farts!

I think you've done a grand job...even if it is just an experiment.

  • These graphics are essentially what the 00 years were all about. Random colourful swirls, pretty, messy stuff without any realy purpose or a clean design. I hope we have all seen enough of this floral swirly shitty stuff.

  • @Parz1fal I suppose you have all the right in the world to your bad taste, but you need to learn to keep it to yourself.

  • what's the music in the background?

  • @mlynn7 oh it's just some non-sense stuff I recorded on garage band w my guitar

  • i lub it

  • this may be the most random..but yet intriguing video i have ever seen. [thumbs up and favorited]

  • I like it, it's very therapeutic and inspirational- it does remind me of Si Scott!

  • 庫唷

  • I realy like youre video ^__^

    It's so biautiful :)

The song is good too, could you tell

my from who it is? :)

    ~Raphael

  • nice one :) awesome

  • beautiful colours

  • the music went well with it.

  • I think it's only like a slideshow of photoshop brushes.

  • @95zedriz95 well, genious, that's what the description says, isn't it? ;)

  • very nice transition i like how each time a new scene came in you left something behind from the old scenes to make the transition seem soo smooth in your mind without us even realizing you've tricked our brains haha

  • was kinda boring maybe pick better music and not use some of the same grapics over

  • seems kinda boring

  • I was going to complain that this is just a bunch of random nonsense, but then I remembered that the title is "graphic randomness". Nice blending but way to much repetition. If you saw 15 seconds you've seen it all pretty much.

  • woah how long did that TAKE ! (: pretty neat x

  • this is about as original to art as travis barker is to drumming.

  • Then don't watch it.

  • Can you make better than it then? Nah, thought not.. at least he's open to a healthy career..

  • @Jakebeck15 Not really, did you read the description? He didn't design these illustrations, nor did he really edit the video. He just automatically compiled them in iphoto.

  • This is great with mushrooms.

  • so nice

  • To Awesomenessstuff64 here's a quote from Matrix Revolutions...." We don't need you.... you mean nothing!" ie: we don't need to be hired by you in order to create. It's in our blood...:)

  • Very talented hand.

  • "And even so, I'll probably be the one deciding if you get a job or not in the future"

Do you work at a temp agency?

  • Lawl

  • Sweet, nice.

  • wooo la wea hermosaa! *-* 5/5

  • i wish you would make a tutorial about this...D:

  • whats the song i love it and your artwork :D

  • very nice artwork...

    a song for it?

    vida by venetian snares

  • Nicely done, I like your style of art.

  • A lot of motion graphics artists are great when it comes to the technical stuff, but have no fundamental design skills. That's something you do have!

If you can learn some basic flourish effects and other tricks in After Effects I think you'll go a long way!

  • This is stuff to look at when your on that green stuff

  • Let's see if you can do better...show us what you got bitch.

  • can you use photoshop to make images that look like the ones in the video?

  • Yes you can, but to animate them you'll need a program like After Effects or Premiere Pro.

  • ya or you can go to aviary . com get a free account it onley takes a sec and have access to online professional photoshop with tutorials to show how to do it and many more things hope this helped

  • @abiramnair yeah lets see u do better biatch

  • to much still pictures and no moving animations -.-

  • That's what she said.

  • This is garabge and yes i didnt spell it correctly

  • the best!! well not really, but still great! :D

  • hey, I'm not too crazy about the music but the graphics are amazing nice job!!!!

  • nice modernization of the art nouveau style! it looks like you put a lot of work into these graphics - were they all hand-drawn?

  • Very cool work

  • wow bellissimo video!!

  • great work. I really like it :D

  • hahaha you're funny, in a pathetic sort of way

  • what the exact softwares u used for this great demo?

  • Something like Adobe After Effects...

  • is there any name for this kind of graphics at 0:00-0:07? so i can google it.

  • The main inspiration/influence on this kind of graphic come from many sources, try and google: Victor Horta, Alphonse Mucha, Art Noveau for the more classic references and maybe, Si Scott, Adhemas Batista and even more broad terms such as Graffiti and urban art for more contemporary examples.

  • which program u use for this....btw great video
