I doubt it. 'From Russia With Love' was a rework of 'Point Zero' from 1994, also by Matt Darey who was then known as 'Li Kwan'. It's a great tune - check it out!

I find it difficult to put it under the chillout genre..Been an all time classic for me and many others, I always considered it in the sphere of the classic early progressive trance.

Anyway I suck at music genres(and there are so many) so I may be wrong..

For me is definitely in the top 5 tunes of all electronic..

Being looking for it since 1997 and found it only 2-3 years ago, you can imagine my lack of objectivity on this matter..!!
