In order to be a contortionist a minimum of 1 year of training is required, Zlata, and Irina (The girls mostly seen) have trained for a long time. Contortionist do extreme stretches in order for their body to get used to it, and for to make their brain believe it is regular movement.

The other reason why Zlata is so popular is because of her outfits, scenes, and presentations. Look at the poses at the bull dozier 2:34, car wash 2:15, thinker 2:23, stage 2:58, the damn stair case at 3:01, and the folded leg at 3:40. All other contorsionist just bend, twist, and stretch. Zlata create imagination.
