  • why couldnt they just show use some usefull effects.

  • i just bought an pod X3 well i sended it back a day later

  • Lol world leader ^^ i just say BOSS...^^

  • i ight buy that,MAYBE being the operative word, but thw wireless system, i WOULD DEFINATLEYbuy that

  • 1:52 What the hell?!? How does it do that? It's not really a talk box.

  • im guessing he talks into a mic and it goes into the pedalboard and the input from the mic is mixed with the pitch of the guitar input

  • @rickyjshiznit No. He said it was auto, so that means it does it on its own. You don't touch the board.

  • OH SHI--

  • I would never buy or use this

I'm the kind of guy who will plug directly into some good amps to play and create my own sounds, not pay extra for a paperweight that makes noises nobody wants to hear

  • Well, it's good to know that there's open minded individuals like you out there who have such a wide idea of what music can be and the options that people should have available to them to make their own idea of what music is...

  • I've tried many different floor effects units and stomp boxes and in my experience these kinds of effects add very little to your playing and only distract a listener from what youre actually playing. Not that effect are useless but are best used when used lightly and in the right places and a unit such as this is just asinine. Across many genres-blues, country, jazz, rock and metal or any such GUITAR ORRIENTED music these kinds of effects can actually take away from the listening experience

  • Capitalizing "guitar oriented" does not negate the fact that, not only is what exactly constitutes guitar oriented vague, it is, in fact, a very limited segment of music, overall. For example, I play industrial. Is it guitar oriented? Yes. Am I playing a lot of clean tones or lightly distorted parts? God no. To place totally arbitrary limits on what is acceptable to use within music is to limit the variety that is out there.

  • This video is about guitar players so Im not talking about music in general but the use of the product for guitarists Capitalizing guitar oriented is to specify the subject not to limit music Guitarists in a piece of music where the focus is the orchestration of the guitar may have a very limited use for this product And as for limiting the variety of music I dont, I simply vary in a different way and Ill change my approach to playing and different modes and scales I put into use

  • No. This video is actually about guitar equipment. You didn't address my points at all. My point being, "guitar playing IS NOT limited to what your definition of it is." if you can't pull your head out of the simple modes thought process of "my opinions are fact" then I don't know what to tell you besides to say you have a lot of growing up to do.

  • @lern2swim lol ive got to say you just comment kicked my ass i apologize........

  • Must you use such hurtful words...

  • worthless shit

  • wishes those damn wireless systems werent so expensive.

  • its a good thing it's free, cause that sounds like ass

  • The Relay G30 is awesome (I have two) but the extra effects for the Pod seem pretty pointless. Other than the nice delays, the Pod series are best for amp modelling, not really effects.

  • Lots of pointless effects. Whos using this live?

  • @joewattguitarist nobody but its kinda cool

  • yeah i could agree with that. Most of those effects are only good for rave/dance music and even then i'd rather use a keyboard to make that stuff. I think most of the stuff here is ill designed and just for a piss about with weird sounds. Might be ok for a band like poisen popcorn

  • Comment removed

  • Yes exactly a band like the locusts would benefit from this

  • @joewattguitarist Stevic from twelve foot ninja... Just to name one...

  • @joewattguitarist who uses these in WHATEVER SITUATION!?

  • @dimgrav 17 year old students like me?

  • @Erithlon I owned a Spider III a year a go. I am no professional. It just sounds bad. There are other amps in this pricepoint that can produce very decent sounds.

  • @dimgrav I know the Spider amps sucks dick, but I was talking about the POD series, Which I use for recording. :)

I would much rather buy a VOX AD series or something like that if I would buy an amp in that price range...

  • @Erithlon I see. Point taken :)

  • @Erithlon Honestly, you'd be better of with ZOOM.

Otherwise, save your money and get a good all tube amp. I must say that the spider Valve MK2 is a decent compromise though.

  • @Erithlon Spider Jam. Good practice amp.

  • @joewattguitarist thats the strategy of line 6 tons of useless stuff

  • wheres the guitarist?

  • Yo quiero uno!!!!!

  • cool product 5*
