Many years ago, in High School (ok many many years ago) I created a mix of mix reading chemistry notes over the vacuum and over binaural beats (you can create them yourself with free software). The background vac is similar to the sound of water, the voice gets subliminal and the binaural beats are less intrusive and do "their thing" :P love and light
