  • The grounds of Boone Hall are lovely, and the people who run the tours are very nice, but I was still  disappointed to find out the house is not original, and was built in the 1930's .

  • Hallo i come from Germany and since i have looked the Movie "The North and the South" in german "Fackeln im Strum" i love the South.

    I hope my dream soon come true to visit the South of USA espsecially North Carolina, Lousianna, West Virgina.

    Now i will try to play this song with my Klavier.

    But befor i can do this i need the Name of this song i hope you may answer.

The southern culture was the best in the world....too bad those damn jealous yanks came and robbed history ...im from new york and i agree the south shouldve kicked us the hell back to new york

  • @farno914 Hi. Saw you post form two years ago. It might interest you to know that there was a sizeable movement in New York to seceed from the Union and join the Confederacy during the war. Too bad it didn't work; we could have used the help!
