thats the wailing wall, it's the last standing wall of the old temple in jeruselem and the only wall built by the poor. After the romans destroyed it, this wall was mirraculously still standing, so people from all faiths come here to write prayers down on paper and stick it in the cracks on the wall hoping that the martyrs who dided in the sacking of jerusalem, will bring there prayers to God.
