Hunslet castings and drawings available from AJ Reeves. They're quite expensive, unless you get lucky and find a 2nd hand set. The design is relatively simple and I'd guess similar in difficulty to a Sweet Pea.
This one was built from scratch, castings and drawings available from AJ Reeves. Maxitrak do a smaller RTR one, though it still runs on 5" gauge track.

I though it looked bigger than the maxitrak.
Pity I have not the skills or tools to scratch build something like this :-(
