this is the software called Miku miku Dance, or MMD. Typre it in on google, it is free to download, most of them are in japanese tho, look for a translated version if you need it. ^^

That is the Azusa model by SaYaKa Project. Azunyan doesn't even look like Miku. She looks more like a Kooh copy.
