I know how to do that, it's a cheat called the pan-cam glitch. You can get out of maps by turning the codes to pan-cam on theater mode. You can adjust the speed and lower the speed to get out of death barriers.

No that aint the reason for it. They just had it in theatre so they could move the camera faster or slower, and then just left pan-cam in, but you had to do a cheat code to activate it. You wernt ment to get out the maps but people put the pan-cam on really high speed and break out of the maps..

Aparently There is a art room in every map in the game, that includes the multiplayer m,aps as well, but on some you cant get there its a blocked format area.

the reason for the room is just a storage place for textures all maps need a directory for textures to be applied same in all maps.

ya what they did was just go into the theater and then they went off the map into the undeveloped areas surrounding the map. i found where u can do it on the storm, just at the area where you fight the scarab go to the top of the tunnel u came from, get on top of it and while staying on it go up towards the middle of the building its connected to. it should just be like a ramp up to it. once up u can check out the aa in undeveloped form

To do the cutscenes, Bungie must have the enviroments textured-in in order to launch the cutscene. The characters you see in them are programmed AI. Yes it IS amazingly awesome, but there's a reason behind it...

srry to pop your bubble but it isn't a art room :/ it's a "video scene room" when there's a vid that isn't in a play area they had to make another space for that and that was where you where at ^^ (I know it's a little vage but if you ask me I will explain more)

If there's a video scene in a play area (for exemple delta halo) the scene thakes place in that place (play area or scene) but If theres an video that ISN'T in a play area they had to make an alternative video from it that doesn't link to a play area. So do make a bunch of those videos and put them in one space that doesn't connect with a play area on anyway (for exemple a scene in space isn't in a play area so they make a diffrent video of it that doesn't like to a play area)...
