bought some stanton t62s two weeks ago and i decided that im taken em back and getting this instead.. why? cuz this is lightweight and it comes with serrato and its not as bulky as having 2 dj turntables and equipment over 100 lbs to carry.
@VikTheRebel no its mainly for making beginner djs better i used to use this it helped alot i now us 2 turntable and mixer setup but i loved this thing tbh
I actually had one of these as well as the factory cases in my shopping cart getting ready to buy to go with my QSC HPR system. Something told me to look into the system requirements for this & I found the deal breaker, all of my laptops have 64 bit operating systems which this doesn't support as of yet.
i dunno, i was bouncing around if i should buy these... i decided not too, mainly because it hasn't been out long enough to really get some problems.. and since u have to have a computer, i think that you would need a whole new set if something goes wrong with this during a show.
YOu lost so much money buying vynil decks, dude. Digital is the way to go. Even vynil players use serrato or rane and stuff, but controllers and hardware devices are the hit of the future. Imagine the pioneers coming out with harddrive cap. or midi controllability.
Naw man. Vinyl is DJ. I can't take the ns7 to the DMC's or nearly any DJ competition. And and it just doesn't feel right. I mostly just use it in the bed room for making mixes since the internal record feature. other then that it's just the house partys where I don't have room for the techs.
the pioneer is also the standard and they are small. PEople use serrato too in the clubs nowadays and that is more heavy gear to take with you. For sscratching only..go for techs. For scratching and beatjuggling and mixing go HD digital/midi controllers.
Yeah, Pioneer CDJ's are pretty ill, espically in places with lots of bass that would cause feed back in your turntables. most places already have all the gear set up though on location. Commonly Two Techs two or three CDJ's and some type of mixer usually pioneers DJM-800 or DJM-600. Tech's for me just win always. but I do own an Ns7 and find plenty of uses for it, Like I said before.
how much?
