First of all 30% of americans are well into the obese bracket where they are so fat that they are seriously shortening their lives. Infact 1 in 4 americans now are what they call morbidly obese. Sure we got fat people in Europe too. But none of them are american-fat. So not only does america have a MUCH higher number of fat people, american fat people are also MUCH fatter. The actual size doesnt show up on statistics.

To be fair, its not just some but a majority. I literally have NEVER EVER seen as many obese (and I mean properly, like can't stand for more than 20 seconds and need special clothes) than in America.
But its all explainable.
American resteraunts seem to be filled with greasy delicious food with no health regards, while all cereals are choclate and fudge filled.
In Britain there are few 'Dental Plans' and dentitry work is notoriously expensive- but unlike everything else its not covered by taxes.

What are you talking about? The "war" or fighting begain in 1775 at Lexington Bridge in Massachusetts, and ended in 1781 in Yorktown, Virginia. There was no fighting between England and America from 1782-89. You must be confused because the constitution wasn't written until 1789, but from1783-89, the USA had what was called the Articles of Confederation.
