Is that on easy mode? coz' the opponents don't move alot but if it is I understand I mean no one wants to see someone always getting defeated on medium hard very hard or ultra hard mode.

he has very good combos and very strong kicks,go to the practise mode and lean some combos next time befor you use him ;-).

how to win everything with heihachi:

back and triangle to make em vulnerable

circle after you've blocked their combo

then you can attack them as they fall

circle then x quickly when they are floored then x as you get up

down square or down circle when they are floored

down then front diagonal then hold forwards and triangle.

forwards pause down, front diagonal, forwards and x when you are kind of far away from them.
