look at it this way, under 18's can't buy alcohol or cigarettes but they allow them in this country and I see kids drinking and smoking all the time. an R rated game isn't gonna hurt much.

An 18+ rating plus parents actually learning how to set the parental setting on their kids consoles and computer will actually increase the level of control parents have over what their brats are watching.

Rated R games should be lagal because most gamers are over 18 years old only 40 or 30% of gamers are under 18 wich means the majority of gamers are over 18 so why not legalise R 18 games they would probably check your id when your buying it like when they do wen u see a rated R movie plus its taking away good buisness from australias gaming market some of the top games are R 18 and kids wont get them easy because the paerents can easily take it away from them so its easier to censor than T.V

The games seem more realistic.
