Haha Massy's goin so nuts at 0.36 the riff turns to mush! Thats what was so awesome about these guys is the performance was so important. I'd rather see a band have fun and be entertained with a few dud notes in there than these bands that stand still the whole set and play perfect, for that I can listen to a CD and look at a poster. Really miss being able to go see these guys
Further to my last posting, a cryptic exercise for you! First you need a rug, then you put the first letter of "dictator" in front of it; then you need quality, but you put the first letter of "extreme" before it; then along comes Dot, and she is followed by the first 3 letters of orgy!!!
Drummer Ed Stratton may soon be famous for a different reason - search for the DEA (no, not the US govt agency!) and look at Ed's case, and the DEA argument. Could have serious implications for all you victimised kids out there!
No offence mate, but you're obviously not a musician if you think he's 'bad bad bad' because he fucks up while he's jumping around (at 0:39.) In the live setting, energy is the most important thing, technical perfection takes a back seat. Learn an instrument, join a band and start gigging, then you'll see what I mean.
@subblime776 jumping and spinning in a circle. sooooo hard to do whilst playing. i know when i do it i sound shite but who the fuck cares when they are going bat shit crazy in the pit?
This band were the band that got me into heavy music, first ever gig i went to was oms(exeter phoenix back in 2001/2 i think),first ever album..you get the picture awesome live band saw them many times and was gutted when they split....nothing beats 1845 live for sheer pit madness!
and can i say eddies a fucking amazing drummer....you only have to listen to the intro to south central to hear that! and yaps lyrics are awesome. rip oms you still are missed...reunion 2009 boys? what are the other members up to these days anyway? I know yaps in pink punk and does poetry readings and i heard eddie was in a band called new disease but cant find anything about them. anyone know what happened to em all?
Oh know that was, Gwen Steffani. Brian Yap Barry's a LEGEND so's Brother, that band loves its fans almost as much as I hate em LOL. Fucking squash'edz. LONDON ASTORIA GOT SOME BIG JEANS SE YOU IN THE PUB LATER. BIGBUS, GOOD TIMES. Easy tiger
badbouy! i never saw yap doing metal b4, more often we see him in a kaftan doing poetry at spacegirl's poetry salon! it's a bit of a shock actually... there pretty good aren't they? that looks like a wicked gig to have been at... he's sacrificed his audience numbers madly... but he wants people to LISTEN ... to the lyrics.. cos the new world order got too serious and the revolution became more urgent than ever after 9/11... to urgent to be entertaining sweaty metallers... you want him back? ask
I have this on video - i taped it at the time. I thought it was their own show in the astoria though, i must have been wrong. I thought it was televised just because that year they won the kerrang! best live band of the year award.
He's trying to keep up with Glen's live performance and messes up dicking about! A truly terrible performance from a simply incredible live band. Shame.

Basically Eddie's being done for possession of cannabis and has sued the magistrate court for discrimination. Best of luck to him.
