If Iranian women were given the freedom to decide to wear a hijab or not 90% of them would choose not too.shame that they are forced to dress a particular way. i think their government is using religion as an excuse to force women to cover up. u can dress modestly yet still reveal your hair.i have seen lots of girls wear a hijab in the west but wear very tight jeans and shirts revealing their cleavage.whats the point of covering your hair then if you expose other more personal parts of your body
