nice exercise but make sure u exfoliate your lips 3 times a week, with mixture of honey, brown sugar and lemon juice, gently massage this on your lips in circular motion for 1 min and leave it for 5 min n rinse. after exfoliation don't forget to load your lips with any lip treatment balm or Vaseline.

Okay, so I actually did lip exercises like this hardcore until my lips hurt for about three days, and the outer parts of my 'moustache area' BLEW UP- not an attractive look!! If you think about it, doing exercises like these really work that area more than your lips :P

What I find now is better is putting your finger sideways between your lips and pressing down really hard for a long time. Just make sure what exercises you do, they affect only the muscles in your lips!!
