Most ppl who dont dance probably look at this and say oh thats pretty easy i could do that but when i look at it as a dancer and i say whoa such grace this takes alot of training. i wish i could do that. Your sister is amazing!!!

she does overturn, but i love the way she dances. I used a dance like this one when i did my grade five exam, i got high distinction, so it must've worked. Good luck to your sister. her turnout is amazing

just relax and concentrate. really pay attention to the teacher and work on making friends after class. don't worry if the teacher focuses on correcting you it's the only way you'll get better. I remember I was new to ballet just 2 years ago and i was put into an intermediate ballet class and i ended up being one of the best in the class. Now i'm en pointe and in my school's training company. Just work hard and not everything comes over night! I never imagined being where i am now. good luck!!!

Just try to relax. You are dancing for YOU. It doesn't matter if you can't do the steps the first time or you have trouble remembering something, just enjoy yourself. Imagine that you are a beautiful and elegant dancer and you will feel more like one.

she's very talented. my only advice to her would be that she makes sure she is always fully over her box. a lot of times she isn't. and most of the times when she does get over her box, it takes a little bit. she never goes directly over her box. other than that she's great!

i know im probably going to get thumbs down for this but oh well, if your sister is the one in the middle, she over turns quite frequently and has trouble landing properly when she does so. Even with that said, her technique is fabulous and her arms are held beautifully. She also seems to be the only one enjoyig herself out of the dancers we actually do see. She dances from within...best of luck to her...
