@rnakpatel - Yes, when someone is disabled with upper extremity limitations such as a quadriplegic, ALS, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, and a number of other disabilities it is very difficult to use a bottle when you cannot move your arms and have no hand dexterity. Even simpler mounts when you set the bed up in a hospital or power adjustable bed do not stay in place. Positioning is absolutely critical for disabled person like myself. (I am the guy in the video)
