Um video raro. Deller~não só foi um pioneiro, mas muitas de suas interpretações não insuperaiveis. Um correção: Deller não faleceu em 1076 mas em 1979 na Italia.

A lovely video; this explains some of the problems that Alfred Deller had to overcome as the first solo countertenor!
His solo career must have made acceptance easier for the next generation of countertenors.
Music for a while was a song he made very much his own.
