Don't get me wrong, I think Salinero is a brilliant horse, but I'm not a fan of his rider's work.

That aside, I'm not going to criticize an amateur rider for a minor mistake like that. And I don't mean amateur in an insulting way, because I'm not a professional either. However, a grand prix rider should have a trained horse that is so sensitive to her that he halts. When he refuses to, that should be an automatic 0 for that movement. Simple as that.

She isn't ''Spurring'' him, its merely a light touch to achieve correct positioning and hence achieve the correct movement, and i'm pretty sure that the muscle toning exercises every PSG horse does in their training prevent them from ''Destroying their backs'' .

@Jabrown8690 buy glasses she IS spurring him ( like every other rider) AND she 's the queen of rollkur mostly so if you call that horse harmony i guess you've never heard of andy booth or pat parelli otherwise youd know she should be able to do all this without the spurs or the legs or the bridle if she really was "the epitome of horse harmony"

if you think salinero is behind the vertical here you should take a look at isabells WEG gold ride at aachen in 2006, where the germans beloved satchmo was so behind- that it looked ridicolus in the first and the second piaffe part.
Salinero´s WALK: only horses that are correctly ridden (means keeping the head in the vertical and -never behind- ALWAYS), can use the back muscle, which is necessary for a perfect lose walk. Anky needs a trainer with proved expertise himself. Sjef cannot ride, so how shall he train anybody?

He will maybe ride another horse but matine is by far the better competition... so i guess andreas is out of the picture. But I have great confidence in Anky winning the kur, as long as there is no mistakes.
