  • @181hal As far as I'm aware, it's out of print. I had to resort to playing by ear.

  • @anlynes is it not possible for you to try transcribing it?

  • @181hal i know it , where you can get the war of the worlds music, have you icq? then i can send it to you^^

  • @RaZatol I don't have icq, but I have hotmail. - hal181@live.com.au. That would be awesome! I have tried to play by ear, and not succeeded, well not the whole song.

  • @181hal I've got copy of all War of the worlds notes if you want them still

  • First class mate... Puts my version so shame. see I would just use technology and sequence the extra part where there is always the 'Special' thing watching someone play it live.

    Well done.

  • Excellent! Love this version! Great Job!

  • Could you give a tutorial?

  • Awesome. Wish i could do that.

  • awesome!! very well done!

  • i love this song

  • Great arrangement and playing. It is a shame kids today don't want to listen to great music like this. (I have the multi-record album with actor Richard Burton's narration - before he died). Another great music multi-record album is Tommy with the silver pinball on the cover. Full orchestra for a rock musical -- outstanding.

  • badass

  • You're playing it like

    | | | Where the notes arent evenly placed

    | | | Try spacing them evenly

It has to be a BAH BAH BAHHHHH

    A nice tripelelt

Nice job by the way, great song

    some

  • Very Good!

  • Love your version! Love the harpsichord part, in some cover version they forget this part and play just A A G, G G F.

  • Looking at your profile, you are obviously a fan of "The War of the Worlds". It's good to know that someone familiar with the piece thinks I did OK. Thanks.

  • You play so well. Are you an electone teacher? I like your take of this song.

  • No. I'm just an occasional player.

  • I agree with Tim. It's great mate !! I like it a lot haha ;-)

  • Thanks Rob. I haven't finished with it yet. I want to kill off some of the automatic bass as well as pull in some sounds from the HX-1.

  • That's cool Andrew!! Did you arrange this yourself? or is this a Yamaha arrangement?

  • Hey Tim. The D-Deck/Electone arrangement is mine. I "borrowed" ideas from a MIDI file I found floating around the net.
