It used to be a vintage Dover elevator, and then it was modernized.
what did this elevator used to be
dea41396returns 3 years ago
No. It's a very weak chime.
Is the clicking form the up/down chime a relay?

Well, the basement has the textbook and school supplies store in there.
How does the basement connect to the UT Co-Op West?
Baytrail 3 years ago
Yes, for only 15 feet distance and 100 FPM speed.
Pretty fast elevator.
That's right. In addition, this is also used by the UT Co-Op West, which serves the basement & ground floors, while the "controversial" Schindler elevator goes to the ground, second, mezzanine, and third floors.

If you don't hear the chime clearly, you can tell it's there for 3 reasons.
1. The light
2. You'll hear a click as it does chime 1.
3. When he says "B," you'll hear a buzzing (well not exactly) like sound.

Yes, it sounds a little too quiet and crusty sounding.
That bell indicator sounds weird

The buzzer was really muffled. Was the microphone or the buzzer?
First view! Yeah! Thanks!
