This may sound silly, but I was sad when IBM sold their PC business to the Chinese. IBM created the PC, so when you bought from IBM you were buying the original. But you can't do that any more.

the funny detail: lenovo was already the producer of the ibm pcs. it was just only a deal of a brand. the factories and the developers are the same.
lenovo is the wolrd greates pc producer. they produce almost all notebooks.
