Easy fix...get another cone. Put it on the butterscotch ice cream and flip the cone so the chocolate is on top and the butterscotch is on the bottom

This clip must be the 'first cousin' of another early Sesame clip in which Ernie gives someone a 'hard time' with a long list of details - 'Ernie and the Mailman.' Both the mailman and the ice cream man show signs of annoyance toward the end, but at the same time, both deserve credit for tolerating Ernie's 'smart-aleck' ways!
