Koine Greek or common Greek was the language of the day and the NT was written in Greek as was the Septuagint-the Greek translation of the Jewish Scriptures. I could start at the beginning, Moses, from historical opinion, and from scholarly debate wrote the Pentateuch. I could go over every author, but I won't. I will go ot the end, Revelation was written by John, the Beloved, and then finally John the Revelator. I am a Gentile, I have not read, or seen the dead sea scrolls even though I have been to Israel. But I know every book of the OT has been found except for Esther. I also know that many non-biblical scrolls were found in the dead sea scrolls.

God is a God order and not chaos. He doesn't need a spiritual soup or a jumbled mess of different but good and yet parallel teachings to reveal Himself. You can't get around basic biblical truths no matter how hard you try. Native Americans, like the rest of humanity are separated from God by sin, and must come to God through the blood of Jesus. The truth is in His Word.

this person claims to be a minister but his message has no truth. The bible says that God did not manifest himself to us unregenerate Gentiles. We Gentiles were without hope and without God-Ephesians 2:12 states that pretty plainly. It's not an easy message but it is an entirely truthful statement. We Gentiles, that includes Native Americans, were without God. We may have had a rudimentary knowledge through creation, but we did not know God, it's that simple. If you don't accept it, sorry.

As a Christian, it amazes me how many people call themselves Christians yet have very little knowledge of the Word of God. Grammatically and hermeneutically, you must interpret Ephesians 2:12 as it is written. The bible, not me, separates us as Jews and Gentiles. Only a Jew, in the Temple could approach God, He had revealed Himself to the Jews and that Nation alone. If you call yourself a Christian, you should also know that even Jesus went to the temple according to His custom-Luke 4:16

Paul goes on in Ephesians 2:13, and reminds us Gentiles, that includes Native Americans, were only brought nigh, the only hope that we Gentiles have of knowing God is through the blood of Jesus. That is a fundamental truth for all of us Gentile Christians. Up until and because of Jesus, we Gentiles have unlimited access to God. Something our Gentile ancestors didn't enjoy. I take Bible seriously but not always literally.

The bible was written by man, but all the authors were divinely inspired, no other book in history has that distinction. Though many cultures have tried to challenge it's credibility and it's relevance. False religions/teachers have tried to write alternate teachings, or counterfeits, but the bible is still the final authority.

I have been reading about Native religion ans their connection with nature, the symbol of the circle no hierarchy, I think the natives where really spiritual and said God created everything and everything is sacred. I like that better than any religion. In addition they do not believe in the evil one...sounds right by me.

As he spoke my brother & I could tell he was leary of telling us this belief -- and he was so shocked when we said "yes we believe something similar". Then we explained to him we call those beings "jinn" in our faith. WHen he realized we didnt judge him negatively for having his views -- he began opening up & sharing so much wonderful teachings.
