Um, would that be considered stealing when the entire background is taken from existing photos? and the cat is official alice art work?

@mentalcony actually i made the cat, the body is paint, i took it from a different paint i did of him

and the head was for reference, i changed it completely, you can see that, and the pictures, i didn't use any of them as is i just took bits to create a new kind of background, different stocks, i can paint it, but it's digital it's faster. if i would of used things that are copyrighted and claim that they are mine then it's stealing.
