I started to listen with the thought that this song surely is for Bulma... but I can't help but think about Goku when I read the lyrics. It does make sense, as it seems Goku is the only thing Vegeta thinks about in the series.

As much as I love the prospect of this being mush directed at Bulma, the phrase at the beginning 'Omae no sugata miru tabi ni baka na yatsu da to omotteta', or 'during the journey when I saw you I thought you were an idiot'... it could be directed at anyone, except as far as I am aware 'yatsu' is only used to refer to men. So it is likely that he is singing about Goku, not about being in love with Goku, but in a more comparative sort of way.

Still could be Bulma as it mentions WE and not any names so he could mean the z fighters in general in saiyajins, "we...battle so passionately" like a rhetorical question for what it is he is fighting for, "a friendship we have grown" Vegeta hated Bulma in the beginning and but in the buu saga he gave his life for BULMA trunks and goku! Lol i might be wrong
