The higher the compression, the more the motor will struggle to gain at low rpm. It takes a lot of energy away from the motor to compress 13:1 but at greater rpm there is enough momentum in the weight of the moving parts that the momentum lost from compressing is a smaller percentage of what is available. By the time you get up to 6k rpm stock cams aren't going to let enough air in to make power so it's constrained at the top end too. To reach 7-9k sweet spot you'll at least need valve springs.

Ive owned my share of 2g integ's, and ive gotta say.... This looks like a stock teg pull to me.
Do yourself a favor, get some good suspension bushings, and motor mounts.. That wheel hop (alough they all do it) is horrible.
