  • interesting. The way to correctly perform a shoulder hit, is that done by stepping in? how can you create force with your shoulder?

  • @blablabla1864 one of the ways is to step in, and yes you can create an incredible amount of force... its not different from how a football player lowers his shoulder and hits, you could say

  • I am a kyokushinkai karateka and I must say I am impressed. I tried a wing tsun training out and it was really awesome. I started kyo 3 years ago iv learned much but I really like to see other martial arts like wing tsun kung fu. In my opinion 1 fighting style is quite enough for a person but I really like learn the story of this art.  I really like wing tsun but kyo is my life. Our dreams with my best friend is make a dojo in Japan and We would like to teach our styles. He is WT and im kyo.
