It is really unfourtunate the "grilletto" (read: Son of Hibachi) never caught on.
I'm a bank examiner and travel to a lot of small towns with limited restaurants/menus. I take my Son of Hibachi so I don't have to leave the hotel and eat at the terrible local restaurant.
The SOB is a great direct heat, portable, charcoal grill. You can't really do fish/llight chicken easy.
The SOB is perfect for steaks, but you can really use it for anything. This grill requires a lot more precision.
