Does anybody know when will the best goal scorer of all time of the Mexican league make his appearence in Chivas USA? I'm referring to Jose Saturnino Cardozo aka "El Diablo Mayor" or "The Major Devil". He will make Blanco look like nothing just like he did in Mexico.
