Not as such. I mean, there isn't a specific isometric movement or prebuilt engine or anything but you can use an extension (Iso Grid 2) which helps tremendously with the calculations and whether cells are free to move into etc. The extension is great but not absolutely necessary. I'm currently building another Isometric game which doesn't use the extension
