it's a happy ending because two people who are in love get to be together. normally in her mvs someone dies, or there's some crazy sad situation and the guy usually ends up picking the girl who sacrificed more for him than the girl he loved more. this is one of the few, if any, times that the main leads who actually love each other most, get together :P
