Actually let me take that back, even a GTX 260 will always look better and run at a higher FPS than console graphics this gen.

Point is, even for around $400 you can have a custom built system for gaming, work, or whatever and that comes with free online (steam) and extra content console gamers don't get (mods, dedicated servers)

Um no my custom built gaming rig can run Crysis 2 on high settings. The console port is the equivalent of playing the game on PC at low settings. I also don't have to pay for online OR worry about my gaming network getting hacked and having all my credit card information stolen.

But same goes for the PS3. It's just a matter of taste really. 360's game network is amazing and wipes the flour with PS3, but PS3 has its own very goods too. I personally had both consoles and chose to keep PS3, and sold the 360. Although i mostly use my PC, PS3 is a great console for gaming.
