This film would have been good if the writer had of written his own material instead of literally copying scenes from Soldier Blue. Not only does this film copy scenes from Soldier Blue, it uses the exact script from Soldier Blue. How on earth they got away with it I'll never know. It even uses sound from Soldier Blue and other western movies.

@PaganWarrior100 The only thing similar to Soldier Blue in Scalps is the raid on the Indian village.. in no way do they use the exact same script.

@stephenchow79 I'm not actually joking. They copied the fight scene from Soldier Blue. The only difference is the Indian is holding up a scalp rather than a sock. They also copied the scene from Soldier Blue when Honus is shot in the leg and Cresta takes him to the cave. When he wakes up she feeds him snake and they kiss. They used the exact script from Solider Blue in Scalps, I was literally in shock. I know the story is very different, but try watching both again and you'll see what I mean.
