@turbowarp If ur interested, i use cast iron for virtually everything. When the cooking is done, i take it to the sink, run water in it and scrub with a stainless steel mesh pad, no soap. then rinse it clean with water. then i put it on the stove and heat it up so there is no water. i take a 1/2 tsp or so of veg oil (lard smokes too much) and spread it around the inside of the pan sides and bottom. then leave on the lowest flame setting to set in. i dont watch the clock, just an hour or so
The babies are sooooooooo precious. I remember those day of the babies hatching.

Do you use that cast iron skillet exclusively for breakfast? Pancakes, frying eggs, bacon?
Or do use it for any kind of cooking? How often do you wash and season your skillet?
