How did u mod it on

i can tell you are playing with a wheel, i do so too, but :

a ) my graphics are high, and 1400x900 but i can't even reach the level of your graphics.

b ) if i accelerate or brake it is as if i'd hit the "arrow up" key, meaning it accelerates very fast.

How can i setup so that if i press the gas a little bit, it starts to react?

if i play it only reacts if i push it to the end, same with brake, thats annoying..
