#1-confess to everything they say you did. Guilty-a loser.

#2-say nothing and your silence is presumed consent. Guilty-a loser.

#3-say everything opposite to the agents statement and call for a hearing. Rebut the presumption in essence, personal jurisdiction. Their court has no jurisdiction-the winner.
