@HappyEntertainer Actually it is possible. The current theory is that the big bang explosion is still causing the universe to expand. Star Trek was suppose to take place in the 2300s so in 300 years the earth would not be in the same place, which would allow the Delorean to appear in the same space but it would no longer be on earth. Also it would mean that the Enterprise could be exploring space where earth USED to be but is now occupied by another solar system which had been pushed there. :)
