  • I am Ghanaian and this is one of my favorite songs (got to know about it through an AIESEC friend), anybody to tell me what it means?

  • yar! why you guys always keep fighting for nothing, who does not listen Indian music or Indian does not utilize Pakistani legend singers (Nusrat, Rahat, Atif and many more..)

We lived together for many years in harmony why can't we live like good neighbors.

Please stop such fights now. come on grow up now yar...

  • Keep fighting - start with the music, continue with sports, spice it up with names of mother & sister. While you guys are at it why not fight on the air, the water, the light etc. Keep up boys, i'm sure that's what the people who fought for our freedom wanted.

  • gud one

  • Lovely Song and Beautifully sung .. Check out my Cover to this song

  • My favourite scene from the whole movie !!!

  • People, who have even a basic knowledge about Ragas will never argue about this Hindu/Muslim divide. This a purely secular subject.Take your war somewhere else.Raga lovers are like one big family.

    PAKI.

  • You fucking fagots...you guys are fighting for music..?? man music has no religion...it has no boundaries...it has no origin...it's god in itself..and you guys are trying to put it in boundaries..I pity on you guys...you guys will never ever understand what music is..and will be...!!

  • This is a classical cheez in Raag Tilak Kamod from Indian classical music in teentaal. Made very cheap here. There seems to be a trend to adapt these kind of songs from Indian classical music to gain garish fame. It is easy to adapt these songs as they are traditional and there is no copyright issue involved.

It would be rewarding to listen to such songs in as pure form as possible

try Shoma Kaikini-Dance Solo , Sangeetpedia: Raga Tilak Kamod

  • @debunarayan come on....you people when some pakistani is singing good in your country or get fame on some stage of world u people start associating them with your culture ans similarly dont let me start with the copying of so many pakistani songs by indians...i know pakistani also do the same...but i think honestly indo pakistan culture is not that differnt ans we people should learn to live with that instead of abusing eachother...

  • @jawafridi Dont get me wrong. My comment is not about how these two cuntries copy each other, nor it is about artist. What I mean is that Indian so called music directors adapt classical songs and also degrade the quality of the composition. And , as a classical musician, I hate that.

  • this isnt urdu at all. this can be loosely called brijbhasha.
